READ: Containers that are filled with excessive amounts of heavy materials such as tile CAN NOT BE FILLED MORE THAN HALF FULL TO 3/4 FULL. The dumpster will simply be too heavy to pick up if it loaded past 3/4 full. We recommend that you only load it half full to avoid any problems that may arise. Unfortunately it is out of our power if a container is too heavy to be picked-up. The DOT limits the amount of weight that can be hauled legally for safety, and we must abidge by these regulations. If a dumpster is too heavy to be picked-up, trip-charges will be applied.

**Haul Masters will apply an additional charge for prohibited items in container and over loaded dumpsters. Dumpsters can not be filled over the top of dumpster. A $95.00 charge will be applied if dumpster can not be picked on scheduled day due to dumpster being blocked. Haul Masters requires a 24 hour notice for removal if other than scheduled day.
